Why Donate? Dad and the Hospice...

Some people prefer to donate to a good cause instead of sending flowers for the funeral. We have set up this page to enable whoever wishes to, to do just that.

Dad was at Salisbury Hospice at the end of his colourful life. ;) The staff were amazing, understanding, patient and helpful. They didn't even grumble when all of dads children descended upon them to be by his side. Infact they provided us with a "family room" to stay in, so we could each take turns in sitting by his bed, while others got some rest, and use of a kitchen and living area, it was like a home from home where we could all be together with dad.

Although dad was only there for a short while, we appreciate the incredible service that this Hospice, and its staff, provided for us and so many other families during the most difficult times of their lives.
The Salisbury Hospice need to raise 1.5 million pounds every year through charity fundraising alone, in order to continue providing this fantastic service for patients and their families.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and if you can, please donate to this incredible place.
On behalf of my beautiful Step mum Jilly, and all of my brothers and sisters,
Lisa-Lee
